Freedom of Government Information Wiki for COMPASS:

COMprehensive Public Administration (PA) Support System

This source case wiki has been developed for COMPASS as part of the PA Genome Project

Source Case: This wiki has to do with freedom of access to goverment information, including meetings as well as documents. The original interest in this case stemmed from an editorial about a sheriff who was fined by a judge for willfully not turning over specified "public" documents requested by a citizen group. But the issues are much broader these days, what with the threat of terrorism to national security.

Users of this wiki are invited to help expand and edit this case by adding and specifying new issues, strategies, and impacts as well as the relationships between them.

This Wiki: contains general information pages (like the ones below). Each other page represents a variable (also known as an "operon") in the source case  and a hyperlink usually represents a relationship (also known as a "kinesis") with another variable.
